how you take out the unit is there a trick i try with the wire but thy go in and is very hard to take then out please help

Hi Ricky, when you push the wires in put a little outward pressure on them and its easier if you have a helper to then pull the radio out its a bit of a giggle but with perseverance it will come out then find the serial number M123456 and re-ask your request for a code with the serial number
