No pilot light on my potterton profile boiler.
Fan runs ok.
relay clicks, but no gas ignition.

either the fan is no longer gettig to speed, your flue is blocked (inside or outside) the tubes leading to the aps are in bad shape, the aps is gone faulty or the venturi is blocked / lost its shape
