It is making a loud buzzing noise when closed and when open there is a rotating motor noise. It recently shut down completely and defrosted but started up again without repair! it has only developed this noise in last 2 days but it is getting worse and the water dispenser does not work.

If it,s a RS20-21 or model number like that and less than 5 years old,then the problem is a ice built up in the fridge.Samsung are aware of the fault and the fridge back panel needs replacing.phone Samsung who will carry out repair F.O.C
