My Diplomat washing machine is not emptying?

Any ideas on how to fix a diplomat washing machine that will not empty after the cycle? The problem is definately not a blockage as it has come on all of a sudden rather than a gradual build up.

Something like a coin in the outlet will cause a sudden
blockage. Investigate this before you buy a new one ( as I
did)
