Re-programme a Sky plus remote control to activate Sky box?

I have the same problem. It was working but since I got my remote to operate the TV, but not the Sky plus box??
Must be a default number for Remote to Sky plus box out there?

Try tv then select and red button,hold till led blinks twice then enter code 999, press select and remote is reset. enter tv code and away you go!
