my snapper lt16 lurches forward in all the gears except 1st?
It slowley goes into the gear I select but lurches forward then stops and lurches forward again. How do I fix this? Is this a fluid problem? This is my first riding mower & I don't know what to do please help, Thanks, Bill.
The drive disc is worn. Take back panel off mower .locate drive disc,it is a wheel with rubber around it,four bolts hold it on. remove and replace with new disc,this shoild fix it

Sounds like a simple case of a worn transmisson belt. Not difficult or expensive to fix.
