Mountfield SP530?

I cannot remove the cutter blade from my mountfield sp530 mower the bolt is totally immovable. I have been trying to unscrew in the conventional way ie anti-clockwoise

How can I fix my mower?

my mountfield sp530 will not allow a manual push. Letting go of the 'drive' handle the wire goes completely slack but the mower keeps driving forwards
