cd's stuck?

I have a factory blaupunkt in my 04 gto,I have cd problem, they are (6) stuck any clue how to get them out? or who to write to?

If you have the security keycode, then the player will have to be extracted from the dashboard (using a pair of extractors...available on Ebay)...and the casing taken off to recover the CDs.The mechanism can be then be checked
