you may have blocked the filter,you need to undo the black circle on the bottom right of machine,be carefull as you will need to drain the water out of machine little at a time,i have on hand some plastic containers and throw all the water away,after it is done unscrew completely and see if the filter is blocked,happens to me alot with the kids socks blocking it,hope this helps,cheers adam
