Simpson encore 555 wont turn on when switched on?

My simpson encore 555 washing machine wont switch on when I turn it on.Does it mean main power board is blown.

It is a 5.5kg machine. On REGULAR, MEDIUM, COLD WASH it stops after the wash cycle, beeps with PERM PRESS lit up and won't empty water. I have tried turning on/off and running a different cycle.
