I have a ricoh ft4421 I have the error code E70 which I found out means the toner overflow sensor is on, how do I fix this?

I have replaced the toner cartridge, and still get the same E70 error code. It was flashing for awhile and I was able to make copies, but now it is on solid and it won't do anything.
please help.

One possible quickfix is to switch it off and remove the toner cartridge. Give it a good shake (careful it doesn`t leak or spill). Replace it carefully and switch back on again.
If that cures it then get ready for the next time to fit a new toner cartridge
