my samsung RL33SBN fridge freezer has a problem?

My fridge freezer has a problem where the fridge is only cold at the bottom and the freezer is far too cold. All the temp lights are flashing. Its a Samsung RL33SBN. Any ideas?

Samsung have a problem with some models. Watchdog did a program about it, poor design.There is a major mod available. Suggest you contact your supplier or Samsung directly to verify if it is your model.
