On these its best to drain out the oil and petrol, then you won't have the fear of spillage when the machine is tipped on its side.
To remove the plastic splash guard, be prepared to remove the cutter blade to allow access. (I'm generalising here - I don't know the 10119 machine particularly but they are much the same). The clutch cable often fixes to a lever on the top of the back axle.
