Your ISP will probably have web space as part of your subscription, so it won't cost you any extra. Check out what you've signed up for now if you didn't when you signed up.
If you want something fancier, there's loads of companies offering hosting packages for fees varying from small to huge, depending on what you want to do and how much traffic you expect..
There's also loads of tools for creating web sitres and pages, again from free to costly.
