actually suggest you switch it off and allow it to defrost! frost free appliances ar not frost free only frost "hidden" you may find the fan as been jammed by excessive ice.or you may find it is stuck on defrost cycle so the internal fan is not being powered up,that wud suggest a defrost pcb fault or defrost timer fault depending which one it has.
