i have just been given an old ferguson fv62lv video machine but it keeps asking for a security code.we no longer have the manual and now it wont give the tape back out of the machine play or do anything until i have the code to put in.can anybody help please?

The security code is set by the user as a security feature on initial installation. If you know the original owner you could ask them. Alternatavely contact Ferguson and ask for technical help. You might get lucky enough for someone to tell tell you how to override this feature although sometimes the engineers wont give to much advice about anthing (even though they know it). Try more than once if needed as some are more helpful than others.
