My kitchen window is stuck, the top lock is releasing but the bottom one is not moving, how can i get in to free it , yhe handle is turning but ifeels looser than it should
try de-glazing the window.this may give you flexibility in the sash in order to lift it out of bottom keep.it`s hard to be more specific as there are many different types of gearing and locking systems
