try ebay for camera seal replacement kits --they are ready cut, with full instructions--- all you do is clean off the old-sticky gluey foam--- with meths, and replace them with the ready cut peices-- very simple but time consuming-- but i have -(refoamed-, my olympus om01 nikon f3- all like new-- the kits are 7 pounds off ebay.
