bloomberg Fridge Freezer?

The freezer is not getting cold at all.

The compressor is working and seems to be making the right kind of sounds.

Any ideas please

I also have the same problem!
It works well as a fridge but not freezing at all.
The 'F' light is on & a triangle is on (what dose that mean?)
Any help please!
