AEG Favorit 35085 VI-No hot water during cycle?

Hi,
My dishwasher is no longer heating the water when running, no matter which setting I use the water is cold. I have looked in the instruction book but there is no mention of how to fix this fault. Any advice would be appreciated.

the machine is faulty and needs repairing hence its not in your manual.the element might of blown or bad connection to it or main pcb has blown
