Central heating and hot water seems connected. When i switch off my heating the hot water stops. We dont want heating as its summer. How to fix it?

the heating & hot water have not been seperated, get your plumber in to fit a zone-valve & stat to the dhw tank and replace your time clock with a 2 channel so you can independently time and seperate your ch & dhw
