Have read other questions about same item
just to confirm,freezer is okay at -22 degrees,fridge is at +18(should be around +2 to 6),fan is working as normal,nothing else appears to be wrong(no Ice).
Does it just need another thermostat or could it be anything else,where can I get a thermostat and for how much including postage(sheffield)

Could be same problem as my ff92 which goes wrong at least twice a year. I have to defrost the system (frost free eh) dry all the water up from the ice then plug back in and works again. If you have a grill at the bottom clean all the dust from behind.

I know this because hotpoint charged me £90 to use my hoover to clean the element behind the grill and leave the appliance defrosting.
