Hotpoint wd 440 Washer Drier Fault?

Can anyone help with a fault on my machine.
The machine will start any program then after about 10 - 15 seconds the selected program stops and the dryer cycle starts but without heat. The rinse hold light, time save light and the on/ off light then also flash.
