I have a duel flush toilet and of late the water has been continualy flowing out through the main toilet rim, i have tries to remove top system cover wiyhout success,cant see how to remove it,can anyone advise me on the how to remove the top as well as the leak.

i have toilet something like that, to take off the top , see the button you press to flush , the outer silver or gold ring turns to the left just press down on the outer ring and turn it at the same time, and turn it anticlock wise , when you get it off,,
