I'm guessing you've cut a cable going to a panic button in a bedroom or taken the lid of one, don't worry no voltage goes through this. If you open your 9200 up you'll see inside a row of connections from top to bottom, from the top is zone 1 zone 2 etc, count down from the top and the terminals 9 and 10 are the panic button terminals (marked pa cct on the board), and 11 and 12 are the tamper for the panic button terminals (marked A/T VE) , take out the wires connected to all 4 terminals and put a small loop of wire between terminals 9 and 10 and also put a seperate loop of wire between 11 and 12. This will get rid of your problem but also removes all your pa buttons from your system.

Ross the panel is saying these wiring loops are open circuit, the only way they will go out is if you correct the fault or short the terminals out in the panel (and presumably correct the fault at a later date)
