placed 1 brand new cd in cd player and it made nasty noises and then refused to eject it. It now says "no discs" on display panel. How can I remove it?

Try and tease it out using another (old) CD.

Failing that, the CD player will have to be extracted from the dashboard , the cover removed and the CD released + the mechanism checked.

The Security Code will be required when putting the player back.
