installing new ram.fujitsu-seimens amilo pro v3515 notebook?

i have just purchased new ram for my notebook. the instructions say consult your manual or manufacturer. manual does not show any details. manufacturer is impossible to contact.
any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Last time I looked www.fujitsu-siemens.co.uk/ worked extremely well for getting drivers and manuals.

May be they were "impossible to contact" because you spelled Siemens incorrectly.
