Contact the company. Mine stopped working and the displays went all funny too. I contacted sportcraft through their website and found out they had a recall on this model. In fact, I have since heard that they have had 2 recalls. I emailed them. Anyway, they sent me a new motor and instructions on how to install it and it has been working fine since then.
