I could smell burning the other day and traced it to the cold water inlet pipe on the rear of my machine.

I will go and buy a replacement pipe, but where the pipe had touched the back of the machine it has melted onto the rear of the dishwasher.

Is this a normal thing for it to get this hot??

My dishwasher is a Beko EcoCare D3422FS.

same problem for me ? outlet pipe and water pipe both started "fusing" to the black material on the back.
We had a spare dishwasher so have swapped it out and considering what to do with the Beko!
