zanussi ZERD 7446?

Two years old & not cooling. Internal light works & motor hot too touch but not pumping ...could this indicate the motor is faulty or something simplier like the thermostat. Regards

is this an auto defrosting model?.If so it could be a faulty defrost system (heater, timer or sensor).
