Hi, that "T" number is the door/ignition key number, the radio serial number is on stickers on the sides of the radio and engraved into one side of the radio chassis, to remove the radio you will need extract tools to go into the four holes in the radio faceplate (halfords around £5) you might be able to remove the radio by useing four small screwdrivers or allen keys push them into the holes and if you can get a helper to pull when you have the the tools in the holes it will be a bit easier, it's a bit of a juggle but it will come out, then when you have the "M123456" ask another question with this number and someone will give you the code

The number I gave was on a bit of plastic which was along with the 2 ignition keys, I bought car new, the service and handbooks show nothing where it says radio code? thanks again Mr Allan

Are you sure the serial number begins with a "T" as normally it is "M, L, A or C"
