I get the standard three led start, hear the hard drive kick for a second or two but then end up with the centre led flahing on its own for seven seconds before the lot goes off.

I have taken the memory out and then the hard drive as per the Dell test sequence and eventually end up with the centre led on and the right one on but still none the wiser. Is it the hard disk?
