register closed - not responding?

I have a Samsung ER4940 and the register says closed. How do I open the register? Without knowing if there were any preset clerk codes?

Hi. If the clerk buttons are not working, then someone may have setup special clerk codes. You need to do a program scan of system options. Can you see that in the manual? It's usually near the end. If you have an electronic version of the manual, could you send it to me, and I can help. If you only have the paper version, it will take a bit more work.
