Servis Easi Logic 1300 draw blocked?

Conditioner compartment is blocked, do not have instructions and cannot remove draw from machine despite removing screws and looking for catch?

It sounds wierd - but if you pull the drawer hard enough and lift up at the same time - it comes off. It slots back in quite easy
