How do I change the brushes in my Bosch 12v drill?

How do I change the brushes in my Bosch 12v drill. The insuction booklet talks about prising ot the brushes. I am not sure whether it is the whole casing or just the brush.

Just the brush. the sides of the brush holder has indents in the side, where the shape of the metal part of the brush fits in. Prise the brush out and you will see.
