How can I fix my Westinghouse Model PAJ808W door, not opening fully?

My oven door will not open fully, do I need new hinges? If so where do I get these

Maybe the stirrups on the oven hinges are not located properly or the screws that hold the hinge locater have come loose or fallen out or you have put the warming draw in the wrong position. The hinges should not break.
