It will not fill with water. In fact it will not work on any programme. The water is going into the pipe connected to the washer, but will not go into the washer. I took the hose off the washer and put it in the sink and the water comes out of it OK in the sink.
I was told it may be the door lock.?? I have also got to empty the little hose at the bottom front of the washer after each wash, otherwise it will not start next time, even on spin. I always get about 1 1/2 pints of water out of the hose. I have had the washers for 5 years now. Please can anyone tell me what is wrong and should I get it repaired or buy a new one.??

sounds like the drain pump is faulty.have you removed the filter and cleaned it out lately??.
