i have a eurovox and my virgin has been down 4 a few days had fixed 2day but my eurovox is not picking any channels up done a full power scan but nothing has any1 got any ideas what i can do plzzzz

i think that when you did a powerscann you changed the symbol rate, for virgin m , im not sure what the rate is for them as we dont have them over here , it could be 6952 or 6887? if you dont have the right symbol rate for the cable provider, that your useing, you wont pick anything when you scann, so somebody reading this might tell you the symbol rate for virgin m , and il tell you how to change it , mick
