Wont fill with cold water but the soliniod has power to it when it try's to .. filter not blocked resistance is the same for the hot water soliniod which works ok.
new solonoid is most likely required - it is jamed internally - I now make sure the water is turned off after use as my problem was high water pressure constantly applied to the valve which they do not appear to like.
