First, you need to press mem and in the screen appears MO-M9, so you press the botom that has a + or - or any of the numbers in the phone from 0 till 9, then in the screen lines appear and under the lines there's M#=; so you need to press store and the lines will disappear and an line appear in the right side, there's when you need to dial the number; when you've finished you have to press store again and the number will be saved.
