Blomberg w/m 1301ABB fuzzy digitronic?

w/m will not start. ther is 240v at the circuit board between L-N. at the doorlock switch ther is 240v between L-C, N-C, but not at L-N even when pressing the swich. I dont know if there should be.
Any ideas?

On spin cycles the machine loudly rocks and vibrates sideways. Is this usual ? I have sit standing on 25mm pads, and it is level.
