does anybody here have a null modem cable, does it open like a scart does. if so any chance u could tell me if there are just 3 wires in it. or is it wired to fool for handshaking (like the full cable does for printers etc) I am trying to rig up a cable that can be used for flashing the eurovox box. But one cable. USB straight to serial ie no adaptors. I could buy but I am a masochist for this type of endeavour. Any help appreciated on this subject. ?
why are you going the hard road , you can get a 9pin null to usb, if you want , why dont you just flash it the normal way, ( rs232) to (rs232) do you not have a 9 pin port on your pc? mick
