upstairs rads getting hot when boiler set for water heating/pot kingfisher?

having recently added a new rad every thing seamed to be working fine. now when the boiler is set to water heating only, the upstairs rad get hot. the heating pump is not being switched on?

found out my self, gravity check valve stuck. so i hit it with a hammer . job done.

its a gravity fed hot water & pumped heating system.

can you tell me what sort of system you have is it fully pumped with a diverter valve or is it pumped heating and gravity water?
