Try this:
Turn key to P mode.
Prices:
121
SUBTOTAL
PLU number
New price (dollars and cents with NO decimal point)
X/TIME
CASH
Names:
122
SUBTOTAL
PLU number
Type new name using alphabet sheet
X/TIME
CASH
Hope this helps. You will need to know the PLU numbers. If you don't have them written next to your item name, look in the book, and you should find the standard keyboard layout with PLU numbers on it.
