My player won't play WMAs either - or even display them although I know they are there as you can read them from the PC. WM10 does work with the syncronise function without a problem as long as the files are MP3s.

My player is now not working because I upgraded the firmware to try and fix the problem :o(

If you can find a font file on yours (in system/font) could you mail it to me jamesbb@btconnect.com) as that apears to be the problem with mine!

Cheers, James

I have to agree with the previous post - the Samsung is not the best player in the world. I downloaded a patch from the Samsung website to fix this problem - but the proprietary software is pretty useless anyway. I-rivers seem to work better in that you can just use file manager to upload tracks, but they stopped making the really good ones that recorded wav-files.

I still use my old cassette player - the bass sound is really tight.
