My battery has gone and I need to change it. I do not have the reset code and can not get the manufacturer to help me. My electrician says he reset it but needs the code. Can anyone help me????

if you just need an engineer reset you could try entering NINE NINE TICK TICK this should clear any except an ongoing fault, if you need a factory reset, an alarm engineer is the only answer as the procedure is the same for all of this model and should not be shared. Although it is quite easy an engineer will tell you that it needs to be done with a computer, to try to justify the price he charges.
