what do i need to change to go from r-12 to r-134 on my 88 pontiac firebird 305 tuned port inj and what all is recommended i change?

Is the comppressor you have compatiable with r134 is the main thing ....otherwise there might be trouble but I have just changed the service ports on ac lines and flushed the sytem and used r 134 in them with success ..with 34 you don`t use as much as you would with r12 add 134 oil and check the orfice tube for metal ..good luck
