Machine has stopped taking the conditioner from the drawer?

My Bosch Maxx WFL 2260 has stopped taking the washing conditioner frm the drawer when i do any washing, have tried adding a little water but still not working, any ideas?

Did you have any luck with this as my machine does exactly the same and I have cleaned the dispenser draw after every wash

take out the drawer , and clean it out with very hot water, could be blocked with conditioner that has dryed up and went hard in the drawer or inlet pipe
