Thermocouple/thermoelectric valve faulty:lowmv output
Thermocouple loose
fusible link fused or earthing out orsecuring nutsloose
or insulation washers not fitted properly
Low meter pressure Pilot flame too soft?
These are off the Fault finding chart for theCorvec 45BF boiler hope they at least help
