What does error code OE mean on my LG Intellowasher 7kg WM-137-IFHB?

My LG Intellowasher 7kg WM-137-IFHB will run for about 11 mins and stops, then it will not spin or drain water. It is displaying Error Code OE.

Check your pump - it stands for outlet error, can't drain properly.

I was getting that error code and it was the filter at the front of the machine that was blocked. I cleared it and it seems fine now.

On LG washing machines, the OE flashing code means there is a drainage problem. Unfortunatly that is all I know about it.
